Delivery times
Every order is delivered within 30 days of purchase. Most orders arrive in 7–14 days. You'll receive an order confirmation straight away and a tracking link by email the moment your light is dispatched.
Pre-orders
Some lights — our Signature Glass collection in particular — are sold as pre-orders while the next production run is on its way. A pre-order works exactly like a normal order: you pay at checkout, we reserve your light, and it's delivered within 30 days of purchase. If you change your mind at any point before dispatch, email us and we'll cancel and refund in full.
Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page, above the Add to basket button.
Delivery cost
- United Kingdom: free tracked delivery on every order.
- Ireland & Europe: delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders to the EU may be subject to local import charges, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. You can also see your order status any time under My account.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original, unused condition and packaging for a full refund. This is in addition to your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email support@lunavera-lighting.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching us. Something wrong?
If a light arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — no fuss. After that, our 2-year warranty applies.
