Every lunavera light comes with a 2-year mechanical warranty from the date of delivery. It sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not replace them.
What the mechanical warranty covers
The mechanical parts of the fitting, when they fail under normal domestic use and correct installation:
- The body and housing of the light
- The wall bracket and mounting mechanism
- Fixings, joints and any adjustable or rotating parts supplied with the light
What it does not cover
- Glass — breakage, chips, cracks, scratches or shattering, however caused, after the light has been delivered in good condition. Natural variation in hand-finished glass (small bubbles, slight differences in tone or thickness) is part of the product, not a defect.
- Cosmetic wear — marks, fading or changes in finish over time.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or damage during cleaning or moving.
- Damage from incorrect installation, connection to the wrong voltage, water ingress in unrated locations, or any modification of the light.
- Electrical components. The integrated LED module, driver and wiring are not part of the mechanical warranty; if they develop a fault, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and we will look at it with you.
Arrived damaged?
That is not a warranty matter — it is our responsibility. If any part of your light, glass included, arrives broken or damaged, email us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
How to claim
Email support@lunavera-lighting.com with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the fault. We reply within two working days. Where a mechanical defect is confirmed we will repair or replace the affected part or the light, at our discretion, and cover the return postage.
Installation
Our lights are hard-wired to a standard UK 230V supply. We recommend installation by a qualified electrician. Keeping your installation receipt helps if you ever need to claim.
