Orders & delivery
When will my order arrive?
Within 30 days of purchase; most orders arrive in 7–14 days. You'll get a tracking link by email at dispatch.
What does a pre-order mean?
You pay now and we reserve your light from the next production run. It's delivered within 30 days of purchase, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch.
Is delivery really free?
Yes — free tracked delivery on every order to the United Kingdom.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can change or cancel any order that hasn't been dispatched.
The lights
What's in the box?
The complete light: shade, body, integrated LED module and driver, wall bracket, fixings and instructions.
Do I need an electrician?
Our wall lights are hard-wired to a standard 230V circuit. We recommend a qualified electrician; it usually takes under 30 minutes per light.
What colour is the light?
Our Signature Glass lights use a 3000K warm-white LED — the soft, golden tone of a good evening lamp. Other lights list their colour temperature on the product page.
Is the LED replaceable?
The LED module is integrated and designed to last the life of the light. Electrical faults are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Can I use them in a bathroom?
Only where the product page states an IP rating suitable for the zone. If in doubt, ask us before ordering.
Returns & warranty
What if it isn't right for my room?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it in its original condition for a full refund. See Delivery & pre-orders.
What does the warranty cover?
The mechanical parts of the fitting — body, bracket, mounting mechanism and fixings — for 2 years from delivery. Glass breakage, chips, cosmetic and accidental damage are not covered. See Warranty.
It arrived damaged — what now?
Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Transit damage is on us, glass included.
